/System/Library/CoreServices/Dwell Control.app/Contents/MacOS/Dwell Control Dwell Control allows the pointer to be controlled using head or eye tracking technologies. A user can also trigger actions by dwelling or holding the pointer still for a specified amount of time which will trigger the programmed dwell actions.
